How to Install our Web App

Welcome! This guide will walk you through installing the Forex Fundamentals platform as a Progressive Web App (PWA) on your device. Installing the web app gives you a native app-like experience with quick access from your home screen or desktop.

Installation Instructions​

Installing on Desktop (Chrome, Edge, Brave)​

Step 1: Open the Platform​

Navigate to the Forex Fundamentals platform in your browser:

You'll see an install icon in your browser's address bar (usually a computer monitor with a download arrow or a plus sign).

Step 1: Open Safari​

Important: You must use Safari browser on iOS. Other browsers don't support web app installation on iOS.

Tap the Share icon at the bottom of the screen (square with an arrow pointing up).

Step 3: Select "Add to Home Screen"​

  • Scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen"
  • You may need to scroll through the options to find it

Step 4: Customize and Add​

  • Edit the name if desired (default: "Forex Fundamentals")
  • Tap "Add" in the top-right corner

Step 5: Launch the App​

  • The app icon will appear on your home screen
  • Tap it to launch Forex Fundamentals in full-screen mode

Installing on Android​

Step 1: Open Chrome Browser​

Open Google Chrome and navigate to:

Step 2: Open the Menu​

Tap the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top-right corner.

Step 3: Select "Install App" or "Add to Home Screen"​

  • Tap the option

  • A popup will appear: "Add Forex Fundamentals to Home screen?"
  • Tap "Install" or "Add"

Step 5: Launch the App​

App Looks Different Than Browser Version​

This is normal. The web app version:

  • Runs in full-screen mode (no browser toolbar)
  • May have slightly different styling
  • Provides the same functionality

Managing Your Installed App​

Updating the App​

The web app updates automatically when you're connected to the internet. Simply:

  • Launch the app
  • The latest version will load automatically
  • No manual updates needed

Uninstalling the App​

On Desktop (Chrome/Edge/Brave)​

  • Right-click the app icon in your taskbar/dock
  • Select "Uninstall" or "Remove from Chrome"
